Returns & Claims

Claims for manufacturing defects or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests are subject to approval and must be accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging.

No returns accepted for used or sterilized medical instruments unless proven defective.

Warranty

Medisky Instruments offers a limited warranty on manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper handling or sterilization.

The warranty does not extend to third-party instruments not manufactured by Medisky.
